Valiant Therapeutic Services was established in 2020. Its creator and Lead Clinician David R. Strother LCSW/LSCSW is a Trauma Specialist with over 16 years in the Mental Health Field. He is a Marine Corps veteran who was deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan, and a former fire fighter for the City of Lee's Summit.

Valiant specializes in trauma and treating the effects and symptoms that manifest in people today. We have a particular focus on treating active duty military, veterans, and first responders. Our clinicians have either first hand experience of those cultures, or have been heavily trained by our practitioners.
